How Nalori works.
The operating model is intentionally small. A principal stays accountable from intake through delivery. The firm does not sell theatre: no open-ended discovery, no inflated benches, no strategy deck pretending to be implementation.
- Written Scope, assumptions, risks, acceptance criteria, and change decisions are captured before they become expensive.

Nalori Applied is not a body shop, advertising agency, pitch-deck consultancy, casual website shop, ticket-by-ticket IT desk, or small-fix service. If the work is too small to justify a written scope and handover record, it does not fit the firm.
