Nalori Applied
About the firm

An applied technology practice with professional discipline.

Nalori Applied builds business systems where software meets operations. The firm works across products, substantial client builds, connected operations, cloud, data, automation, integrations, and selected procurement work.

01

What the firm takes on.

Nalori Applied takes technology briefs with a defined surface: a firm-owned product, a substantial business system, a cloud or data environment, an integration, a connected hardware workflow, or a procurement opportunity that needs careful delivery.

  • Builds Products, business systems, workflow tools, integrations, automation, connected operations, and practical software.
  • Pursues Selected tenders, procurement opportunities, supplier partnerships, and implementation work.
  • Records Every engagement starts from a written brief and closes with a delivery record, decision trail, and handover artefacts.
02

How Nalori works.

The operating model is intentionally small. A principal stays accountable from intake through delivery. The firm does not sell theatre: no open-ended discovery, no inflated benches, no strategy deck pretending to be implementation.

  • Written Scope, assumptions, risks, acceptance criteria, and change decisions are captured before they become expensive.
  • Senior Delivery is kept close to experienced engineering judgement. Subcontracting, where required, is named and bounded.
  • Auditable Work is designed for teams that care about records, procurement, privacy, security, and operational continuity.
03

What Nalori will not pretend to be.

Nalori Applied is not a body shop, advertising agency, pitch-deck consultancy, casual website shop, ticket-by-ticket IT desk, or small-fix service. If the work is too small to justify a written scope and handover record, it does not fit the firm.

  • No Strategy-only decks without a delivery path.
  • No Small piece jobs, casual fixes, or open-ended support queues.
  • No Claims that cannot be evidenced in a product, contract, shipped artefact, delivery record, or statutory record.
